Hoppenheimer IPA (7.3%) $7

New Mexico loves their big, hoppy IPAs, and our flagship is a particularly tasty one. Plus...c’mon, you can’t brew in Robert Oppenheimer’s actual backyard and NOT make the obvious pun. A sturdy malt backbone with a new-world hop load that ticks all the boxes: citrusy, tropical fruity, melon, pine resin, dank weed, with a heavy dose of Sabro for weird woodsy, vanilla, coconut vibes.

Sugar Plum Gose (4.4%) $7

Canyon Rim Rye (6.0%) $6

Could a beer be crafted to match the awesome rugged beauty of this place? We leave it up to you to decide. Behold our American Pale Ale with rye and citrusy, piney, floral hops. Brewed with the best local, German, and English ingredients.

Hefeweizen (5.3%) $6

A classic southern German style wheat beer. Hazy golden, soft and bready with hints of banana, black pepper and clove from the unique yeast strain. Light and refreshing.

Ruby Lager (5.2%) $6

Featuring Proximity Red malt and Idaho Gem hops, this SMaSH lager has fruity, herbal aromas from the hops and some chocolate and coffee notes from the malt. Fermented low and slow for a clean, crisp finish this is the refreshing amber beer you need for the hot weather.

Holiday Cheer Barleywine (8.5%) $7

Grab a cup of cheer! This year's Tub holiday beer is an English-style Barleywine with orange & lemon peel and ginger root added at the end of boil for a fruity seasonal treat! Generous helpings of crystal malt give notes of caramel, toffee and golden syrup, with some Amarillo hops for more citrus character and East Kent Goldings providing for some classic English bitterness on the finish. Sweet, fruity, rich and a little chewy, just like our brewer’s grandmother's fruitcake. ‘Tis the season, cheers!

Little Bird Blonde (4.7%) $6

Light, easy-drinking blonde ale. Mild malty flavor with soft hop aroma and bitterness. "Little Bird" translates from Pajarito Plateau, part of the Jemez Mountains we call home.

New Mexi Lager (5.2%) $6

Just plain beer-flavored beer. Light flavor, low bitterness. Ice cold, yellow, fizzy, delicious. Inspired by your favorite Mexican lagers, but this one's brewed in New Mexico for New Mexicans.
